Welcome to Illustrated Weddings

By purchasing and using our wedding invitation templates, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a template from Illustrated Weddings, you receive a personal use license that allows you to:

Edit and customize the template for your own wedding or event
Print the customized design for personal use (at home or through a professional printer)
Use the template for one wedding/event

What You Cannot Do:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files with others
Use the template for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling printed invitations, offering design services using our templates)
Claim the designs as your own work
Remove or alter copyright information from the template files
Share Canva template links with others who have not purchased

2. Digital Product Delivery

All Illustrated Weddings templates are digital products:

You will receive a downloadable PDF immediately after purchase
The PDF contains links to access your Canva templates
No physical products will be shipped
You are responsible for downloading and saving your files

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once you have accessed your download.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and template files are the intellectual property of Illustrated Weddings/Lola Lorena and are protected by copyright law.

Original artwork and illustrations are hand-drawn by our team
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes
Your license is for personal use only

5. Canva Platform

Our templates are designed to work with Canva (www.canva.com), a third-party platform:

You do not need Canva Pro to use our templates
Canva’s own terms of service apply to your use of their platform
We are not responsible for changes Canva makes to their platform
We cannot guarantee perpetual access to Canva templates if Canva changes their policies

6. Technical Support

We provide support for:

Accessing your download
Opening Canva template links
General questions about customization

We do not provide:

One-on-one design consultations
Custom design modifications
Technical support for Canva’s platform (contact Canva directly)
Printing services or printing troubleshooting

7. Printing

You are responsible for:

Printing your customized designs
Ensuring proper file formats and specifications for your chosen printer
Print quality and color accuracy

We recommend ordering a test print before printing your full order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Illustrated Weddings is not liable for:

Printing errors or quality issues
Delays in your wedding timeline due to printing or customization
Technical issues with third-party platforms (Canva, payment processors, etc.)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our templates after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
