We love this wedding suite inspired by the beautiful and intricate patterns of chinoiserie. Each element in the suite is hand-drawn, featuring delicate vines, flowers and other classic motifs from this timeless style. The wedding monogram also features a modernized chinoiserie flower, set against a soft white background. The invitation was designed to fit into its own custom pocket decorated with a mix of Chinoiserie-inspired patterns. Our custom envelope liners add an extra special touch to make the suite truly unique. This wedding suite was featured in the Spring-Summer issue of Brides of North Texas.
Chinoiserie is a decorative style of art and design that originated in Europe during the 17th century. It is characterized by the use of Chinese-inspired motifs, such as pagodas, dragons, and floral designs. Chinoiserie is often used to create a sense of exoticism, and it is a popular style in both traditional and contemporary home decor.
