Digital Products — No Refunds

All Illustrated Weddings templates are digital products delivered instantly via downloadable PDF. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once you’ve accessed your download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand this is a digital product with no physical items shipped.

Why We Can’t Offer Refunds

When you purchase a template:

  1. You receive immediate access to the PDF containing Canva template links
  2. You gain full access to all editable design files
  3. The product cannot be “returned” once accessed

This is standard practice for digital downloads — once the files are delivered, we cannot retrieve or “un-deliver” them.

Before You Purchase

To help you make an informed decision:

Technical Issues or Errors

If you experience a technical problem with your download, we’re here to help:

  • Canva links not working: We’ll troubleshoot and provide working links
  • Missing files or incorrect product delivered: We’ll send the correct files right away
